Financing

A new home is very exciting!

Before starting the buying process, it is important to get pre-qualified by a financial institution or mortgage broker. Knowing your numbers can help avoid disappointment and wasted time by allowing you to focus on what you can afford.

Mortgage brokers work with all the banks and can often offer better rates than just walking into a branch – even your own bank.

Being pre-qualified just helps to move the process along quicker.

If you need advice on getting started, your best bet is to speak to your bank or mortgage broker. Your local Prestige Homes retailer may be able to recommend a broker in your area. Find your local retailer by visiting our Find a Retailer page.

Your relationship with Prestige Homes and your independent Prestige Homes retailer doesn’t end once you’ve got the keys. With a one-year whole home warranty and a seven-year new home warranty, you can rest easy.
