Qualifications:
• Education Required: Trade Certification or equivalent work experience
• Years of Experience Required: 2-5+ years
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and good understanding of part specifications

A Cabinet Assembler must be able to do the following:
• Read, track and process work orders
• Assemble cabinets using a variety of tools
• Perform regular quality checks on finished cabinets
• Organize and maintain work spaces

The successful candidate will have the following:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry and woodworking certification or equivalent work experience
• A good eye for detail and quality

We are currently seeking a Professional Cabinetry Finisher/Spray Painter

Qualifications:
• Years of Experience Required: 2-5+ years
• Must have experience working with catalyzed finishes
• Must have experience working with spray pumps
• Must have experience achieving HIGH-END quality finishes for residential cabinetry

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize spray guns and related equipment to apply primer, paint, lacquer, etc to wood
2. Maintain standards of quality, productivity and efficiency
3. Ensure cabinetry is finished according to job specifications
4. Handle all work with care to avoid damages
5. Safely operate equipment, while maintaining a clean workplace

Responsibilities:
• To support our on-going commitment to quality and value, we are recruiting an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Software Programmer to work with our design and production team.
• The Kitchen Cabinet Software Programmer will be responsible for editing the software to achieve the desired result.
• The successful candidate will work in cooperation with designers and skilled trades people to ensure a high quality product is produced in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years’ programming experience with Mozaik and or 2020
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanour

We are currently seeking a Finish Sander

Qualifications:
• High School education is required
• Years of Experience Required: 2-5+ years
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and good understanding of part specifications
• Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing hourly goals.
• Able to perform basic math skills and the ability to read a measuring tape
• Knowledge of the application for all types of wood finishes example: stain, glaze, sealer, lacquer, Etc.

A Finish Sander must be able to do the following:
• Prepping and sanding of various wood cabinets
• Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
• Remove old finishes and damaged or deteriorated parts, using hand tools, stripping tools, sandpaper, steel wool, abrasives, solvents, and/or dip baths
• Manage paperwork to ensure that job orders stay together, ensure all carts and parts are labeled
• Prioritize rework and ASAPs to ensure timely deliver to customers
• Work as a team to accomplish production goals
• Wash surfaces to prepare them for finishing application
• Maintain supplies and materials by notifying the supervisor of any issues or shortages
• Perform other labour and elemental activities
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the work area
• Assist other workers

We are currently seeking a CNC & Edgebander Operator

Qualifications:
• Education Required: Trade Certification or Associate's Degree
• Years of Experience Required: 2-5+ years
• Capable of operating various CNC machines relevant to this trade
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and good understanding of part specifications
• Knowledge of machining principals, tooling, fixtures, and tool set up to produce precision parts to shape parts in accordance with safety, quality, and operations standards
• Mozaik software experience would be considered an asset
• Competence in operation of 3 axis router table
• Ability to program machines with conversational programming controls as well as knowledge of G and M code format
Responsibilities:
1. Setting up and operating CNC router table
2. Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts to shape parts in accordance with safety, quality, and operations standards
3. Team player who requires minimum supervision
4. Operate hand tools and precision measuring devices
5. Read and interpret production documentation including blueprints
6. Maintain production schedules
7. Recognize and communicate areas to improve, to the lead-hands
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment
9. Provide excellent customer service
10. Operate edgebander machine
11. Do basic maintenance and daily cleanup of machine and work area

Requirements:
• A college diploma in wood working or equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Must have knowledge of cabinet manufacturing
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong and accurate math skills
• Ability to follow written instructions in English
• Strong teamwork values and a positive attitude.
